Hi, I'm Tanay.

I'm a product-focused software engineer at Shepherd, where I work on core infrastructure that powers underwriting systems for commercial insurance. Previously, I spent ~6 years building and maintaining core experiences and infrastructure for PayPal's Buy Now, Pay Later products.

Before that, I built Turkbox, a platform to pay for news by classifying data used to train machine learning models. I'm from New Delhi, India, and studied Aerospace Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
